Automatic system for sparkling wine production.
Filtration suitable for a wide range of cellar filtration processes: musts, wines at the end of fermentation and wines to be prepared for marketing or packaging. The equipment is also useful for loading autoclaves, both in separation processes at the end of the second fermentation.
The microfiltration system uses polypropylene hollow fibre membranes, selected for their inertness towards the structure of the wine and for their extreme resistance to mechanical and chemical stress. These membranes are installed on a stainless steel trolley frame. The system is equipped with process control equipment and an electrical panel.
The system is equipped with four cartridges.
