Four 50 hl vertical cylindrical autoclaves and four 100 hl vertical cylindrical autoclaves, in addition to the refrigeration unit.
The tanks are pressurised and made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. They are used for sparkling wine production, allowing refermentation to take place without loss of pressure, keeping it under control, as well as monitoring and varying the temperature of the sparkling wine contained therein. 
The refrigeration unit serves the autoclaves.
